A letter to Santa, as written by me. At age 8. And a 1/2.
The envelope read:

Looks like 8 year old me had trouble spelling my street name at the time.
And now for the letter, unedited, for your reading pleasure:

Roller gril, Babay buggy, scent salon, a dog from dogs and cats, home style kichen, Little mermaid tent, Litlle mermaid sleeping bag, gloworm, art studio, Ball Pit mountain, minnie tlaking doll, Play House, Barbie Sun Jammer, knee a elbow pads, Pink 'n Pretty Helmet, Barbie Bike, Pink ,n, Pretty in-line roller blades, Grow-to-Pro Glof set, brid brain, milk and cookies, Plant Hlloywood the game, color doddle, play doh one stop playshop, play doh vule pack, Mary kate and Ashleys enchanted cristmas, Rugrats the santa experience, Rugrats chanuka, Barbie magic hair styler cd rom, Talkgril, clueless hadsfree Phone.

Yes, the To/From part was written that big. And I bolded "milk and cookies" because I'm amused that I actually asked for that in a Christmas letter.
And no, I didn't get any of that for Christmas. Although, I did have the Barbie Magic Hair Styler game already (so I'm not sure why I was asking for it...). You should see Andrew's letter though...he asked for a mountain. A literal one.
